Couple Consume Poison After Family Cancels Wedding Over Dowry Brouhaha

A couple in Ghaziabad have consumed poisonous substance in a bid to end their lives. The two took the extreme step after their marriage was called off following a dispute over dowry.  According to the police,This incident took place on the intervening night of November 29 and 30.They both became critical after they consumed the poisonous substance at a hotel where they lodged, via IFTTT
