The Nigerian Senate on Thursday rejected a commissioner-nominee, Dr. Abdul Malik Mohammed Durnnguwa for the National Population Commission (NPC). The Senate explained that Durnnguwa’s West African Examination Council (WAEC) certificate was questionable.
