On 4th of February, 1999, Amadou Diallo, a 23-year-old Guinean immigrant was shot 41 times by American police officers for bringing his wallet out to identify himself as he couldn't speak English.  All 4 cops who shot him dead were found not guilty. from twitter via IFTTT
