A 70-year-old traditional ruler of Buanchor community in Boki Local Government Area of Cross River State, His Royal Highness Henry Okong is dead. He died of alleged hunger and torture following denial of bail by the Nigeria Police Force in Calabar. The monarch died in the custody of the X-Squad Police at the state Police command headquarters, Calabar.Investigation revealed that he was via IFTTT
