Man Arrested For Allegedly Giving Boys Money In Exchange For Their 'Hair'

The police in Lagos on Monday said a financier of Magico Football Academy, Agege, Victor Achidume, has been arrested for allegedly shaving the pubic hair of five teenage boys, and giving them between N100 and N200 afterwards.
