Nollywood Actress and Producer, Lilian Afegbai was pictured yesterday sitting on (BBNaija 2018 2nd runner-up) Tobi's Laps to take a picture during his media tour with his in-house best friend Alex. She confessed to have taken full permission from Alex before sitting on Tobi's Laps for the photo.
