Emergency Room Series: Piercing Altercation

Sometimes, your faith in humanity is tested.  I don't know why anyone would want to hurt a fellow human being with the intention of killing the person. It doesn't matter what the person has done, but for one to kill a human with flesh, blood and bones requires some other kind of bad powers. That was the story of a man that was rushed to the ER with stab wounds on his neck and via IFTTT
