Yesterday the Lekki-VI road locked down due to the excessive traffic gridlock caused by the new Lekki-Ikoyi toll gate fare that started Feb 1st..... So did the serious traffic situation indicate that people refused to pay the new fare? What is the Governor of Lagos state doing about this? Who was caught up in the gridlock last night?
