IPOB Confirms It Is A Terrorist Group As It's Members Threaten To Behead President Buhari In Enugu

Members of the Indigenous Peoples of Biafra (IPOB) have threatened to behead President Muhammadu Buhari who is currently on a tour of the Southeast.
