National Industrial Court Orders LASPOTECH To Suspend Strike Action

The National Industrial Court in Ikoyi has directed the Staff Unions of the Lagos State Polytechnic to suspend the strike action embarked upon on August 1st, 2017.  This court ruling was given on Tuesday August 15th 2017 by the Hon. Justice F.I. Kola-Olalere pending the hearing and determination of the Unions’ notice and preliminary objection to the notice of interlocutory injunction by via IFTTT
