Cannibal Arrested Whilst Preparing Peppersoup And Plaintain Pottage With Human Parts

Men of the Rivers State Police Command have arrested a suspected cannibal and member of a notorious kidnap gang, Roland Peter, for killing, beheading and using the liver and intestines of his victim to prepare ‘pepper’ soup and plantain pottage for himself and his gang.
