The General Officer Commanding, GOC 6 Division, Nigeria Army, Major-General Enobong Okon Udoh, has commended the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, for supporting the Army in developing infrastructural facilities in the newly established division headquarters in Port Harcourt. Major-General Udoh, who spoke during the ceremony marking the operationalization of the 6 Division on via IFTTT
