The Ikeja, Lagos residence of former Chief of General Staff, retired Lt. General Oladipo Diya, has been gutted by fire. According to eye witness report,The fire started around 4:45pm on Saturday, and it has not been ascertained what caused it but eye witness report says it took 7hours to put out !!..
