Ifeanyi Ubah Arrested By DSS Over N11bn Petrol 'Theft'

The Department of State Services (DSS) says it has arrested Ifeanyi Ubah, managing director of Capital Oil and Gas Limited, over the alleged diversion of petroleum products worth N11 billion.
