A Lagos Federal High Court, has given the Department of State Service, DSS, a 48-hours ultimatum to release detained Managing Director of Capital Oil and Gas, Ifeanyi Ubah. Recall that Ubah was arrested by the secret police over an alleged fraudulent oil deal with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC.In a 100 page judgement, the trial judge, Justice Mohammed, on Thursday via IFTTT
