The Nigerian University Carnival Queen Beauty pageant is set to emerge a Beauty Queen that that will host the biggest Awareness Carnival in Africa.  It is the first world cancer awareness university Carnival project supported by the federal Ministry of information & culture.The pageant will network university students from several universities in Nigeria. it will also create via IFTTT
