Fuel Scarcity Looms As IPMAN Threatens To Shut Stations

Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN), has warned of imminent fuel scarcity in six states of the country due to what it described as an unfriendly business environment caused by the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC).
