Migrants Drown In Large Numbers When 2 Overcrowded Rubber Boats Overturn In The Mediterranean

More than 240 migrants have drowned when two overcrowded rubber dinghies capsize in the Mediterranean. Both of the overcrowded rubber dinghies overturned in heavy seas about 25 miles off the coast of Libya killing most of those on board, survivors said.
