Keo Woolford, best known for his role as Detective James Chang on Hawaii Five-0, passed away on Monday, November 28 at 49 years.... His Publicist confirmed the news to Hollywood Reporter that the actor died at a hospital in Oahu, Hawaii, three days after suffering from a stroke.
