Leicester City is still basking the glow of their unprecedented title triumph last season and the rewards are still rolling in. Members of the title winning side were each rewarded with a BMW i8 worth exactly £104990.

A fleet of 19 protonic blue BMW I8s – which cost a total of £2million were seen outside the club’s King Power Stadium.

The cars are understood to be gifts from chairman Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha to the players following their stunning Premier League title victory back in May. The billionaire businessman had promised each member of the playing squad a standard car worth about £30K following their title triumph but he apparently changed his mind and decided to spoil them with these smart cars. Nice!
